Interview with Mrs. Kiều Hải

We had an interview with Mrs. Hai, a staff of FUNiX, on August 19, 2021. She works at a Vietnamese IT company and working in FUNiX as the Hannah-student success advisor.
1. What bring you to this job?
I joined this company in May this year. At first, I started this work with the recommendation of my senior. After that, I had time to hear a detailed explanation about the role of Hannah. And I thought this is a good thing to connect Japanese students. So I decided to work in FUNiX.
2. You take care of Japanese student here in FUNiX, share with us about who impress you the most.
There are 5 students that I am in charge now. One of my students is working for an IT company. To be honest, I was a little scared of him at the orientation. (laugh) Because he is a worker, he was pressing for time, so I had to prepare thoroughly. He was strict but I think he allowed me to challenge and develop more. So he is the most memorable student to me.
3. How is your life in this Covid 19 pandemic? Can you give some tips for an effective online work?
Actually, I enjoy working at home. (laugh) I haven’t worked in the FUNiX office since I joined the company. I keep working online at home. In this situation, what I do is write tasks that I have to do today on a sticky note and put them on my computer monitor. This way, I can make sure I don’t forget what I have to do. Also, I often check SNS. I check the latest information, so I don’t forget the information.
