Webinar organized by FUNiX attracts 70 Japanese customers to attend
On the morning of December 9, 2021, more than 70 businessmen and partners of FPT Software participated in the Workshop on Preparing Human Resources for Digital Transformation (DX) which was organized by FPT Japan and FUNiX in Japan. The event had the participation of 3 main speakers such as Mr. Takahiro Onouchi of FSJ Consulting Service Division, Director of FPT Digital Processing Service; Mr. Mitsuhiko Ito – Senior Associate of P. Holdings Group, and Professor Masahiro Inoue, Professor of Systems Design and Management, Former Vice President of Keio University, Emeritus Professor – Shibaura Institute of Technology.
Sharing about the topic of PX – People Transformation – according to Mr. Takahiro Onouchi who thinks about Digital Transformation (DX) strategies from a human resource perspective, he said that in order to build excellent human resource for DX in the company, the activities must implemented such as theoretical training (taking advantage of e-learning, learning via MOOC), applying training content to practical projects, and exchanging and orienting with mentors in the industry would bring high efficiency.
Speaker Mitsuhiko Ito of Persol Holdings Group shared the importance of DX in HR Tech and 10 key trends. Accordingly, what Japanese businesses need to be able to effectively implement DX is to make the most of technology, value diversity and growth mindset.
Sharing the same opinion with Mr. Takahiro Onouchi of FSJ Consulting Service Division, Professor Masahiro Inoue emphasized the coordination between schools and businesses in preparing human resources for DX. Accordingly, DX also promotes the transformation of the educational delivery model at an unprecedented speed during the Covid-19 pandemic period.
The concept of attending a single university has changed. New educational models through online cooperation between international universities and businesses have appeared and are effectives. The speakers had a heated discussion on many issues related to effective skills and methods of training DX human resources for businesses and society. The workshop attracted many survey respondents with valuable comments from large businesses such as DXC, ANA Systems, ABEAM, ZENHOREN, Canon ITS, etc.
